Overview

Fast & Fix Jewelry is a White Marsh, MD institution for watch, jewelry, and glasses repairs. Their Wix site was holding them back — hard to update, poor SEO, and no real online presence. We rebuilt it on Next.js with full owner control via Sanity CMS, automated review management, and a local SEO foundation built to rank.

The Challenge

The owner had no way to update their own site without paying a developer. Google Reviews were scattered with no display on the site. The Wix template looked nothing like their in-store premium experience, and they had zero local search visibility despite 10+ years in business.

Our Approach

We built a Next.js site with Sanity CMS visual editing so the owner can update content, add photos, and manage services without touching code. A Puppeteer + Playwright scraping pipeline automatically harvests and syncs Google Reviews nightly. Stripe handles online deposits for repairs. GA4 + Google Tag Manager give full visibility into traffic.
