EV Shield Wrap

Overview

EV Shield Wrap specializes in premium vehicle wraps and paint protection film for performance and luxury vehicles. The challenge: helping clients visualize a wrap before committing thousands of dollars. We built a full e-commerce site with a custom 3D model viewer so customers can see their vehicle — with their chosen wrap — in real time.

The Challenge

Selling premium vehicle wraps online is hard when clients can't see the result. Before/after photos help but don't show their specific car. The team was losing high-ticket sales to shops with showrooms where customers could see physical samples.

Our Approach

We built a Next.js e-commerce site with a Three.js + React Three Fiber 3D vehicle configurator at its core. FBX models go through an automated conversion pipeline to optimized GLB format. Clients select their vehicle, choose a wrap color/finish, and see a photorealistic real-time render in the browser. An instant quote bot captures leads and provides ballpark pricing.
